We are horrified to learn that a well-known and loved community member Sergio Lalli has succumbed to injuries caused by a hit and run accident while riding his bike around the Lavender Pit in Bisbee.  The Project Manager was driving around the Pit and saw the tires of Sergio’s bike sprawled out on the highway after his fatal accident.  This is proof that our work is necessary. We ask state and local government not look away from this nightmare, but rather do the right thing and dedicate money to this project.  (note that this blog was meant to be published in 2021 when this accident happened.)
